We had a team walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention on Saturday, June 21st. The goal was to walk 20 miles (technically 17.3 miles) through the night and come out of the darkness into the light of awareness. The money we raised will be used for research and education for suicide prevention. Thanks to everyone who donated to our team. We appreciate it so much!
OUR TEAMKelly (best man at our wedding) finished the walk in 4.5 hours!! He had no complaints of soreness....amazing!
My mom finished the walk at 2 am & did a terrific job.
I pooped out at mile 11 & my girl, Kristi, hung w/ me until we rejoined the group at 3:30 am at the Seattle Center. What a great friend!

We walked in memory of my brother Abel, pictured here w/ The Golfer. I miss him. I love him.
