One of my student's family invited our class to their bakery and cafe for a field trip...It was awesome!
This is Mario and Sian Della Penna, the owners and proud parents of my student. Sian also gives our class yoga lessons twice a month. They are really neat people! 
Mario is from Italy and inherited his uncle's dough mixers. This one could hold about 3 children!
This is a traditional bread slicer from Italy.
Mario impressed us with his pizza dough tossing skills...
It was a "spirit day" for my class and Angelina (the daughter of Mario & Sian) wanted to make it a Spring Costume Party....mostly so she could show off her new Darth Vader costume! As you can see the star wars theme was very popular!
